• Business profile: shop name, address, phone, GSTIN, and invoice preferences you enter in Settings.
• Customer and vehicle data: customer names, phone numbers, vehicle registrations, and service history you add to the app.
• Billing data: invoices, payments, services, parts, and inventory records created by your team.
• Account data: email address used to sign in, team role (owner or staff), and sign-in session information.
• Website data: basic interaction data and cookies required to keep the site working (see our Cookie Policy for details).

• Run the app and keep your workshop data synced across devices.
• Generate invoices, reminders, and reports for your business.
• Support you when you contact us with a question or issue.
• Improve app reliability and fix bugs.

Only your signed-in team members can access your shop data. Owners can manage business settings and team members. Staff accounts have limited access and cannot change owner-only settings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database with encrypted connections and access controls. The hosting platform provides security features such as role-based access, audit logging, and regular backups. The app is built on a managed platform that handles infrastructure security; you are responsible for keeping your account password and team access safe.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you can ask us to delete your data. Some billing records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons, but we will remove access from the app.
